It is distinctly to be understood,
that all natives in the actual occupancy of lands in cultivation or substantially built upon, will be entertained to establish their rights to the satisfaction of the Land Officer, and to take out titles, and have the same duly registered.
In order to accelerate the establishment, notice is hereby given that allotments will take place at Macao on the instant, by which time it is hoped plans exhibiting the water front of the town will be prepared.
Previous purchasers of town lots will be entitled to purchase suburban and country lots, of ... square acres each and will be permitted for the present to select their new sites, subject to the approval of the Government of the Island.
No rise of water to be diverted from its course, without permission of the government.
